Our process is straightforward, we will look at the location of the house, what repairs are needed, and the current condition of the property. Then we will also look at values of comparable houses sold in the area recently!

No, we do not fix and flip houses. We typically will buy and hold properties. Since we are not in the business of fix and flipping, often times we are able to offer Full Price offers.

We can make a decision in as little as a day and can close is several days, or if you need to stay in your house for several months we can also work with you so you do not have to rush out of your house.

No, we are professional home buyers. We are not Realtors.

Realtors list properties and hope that someone will buy them. They charge you a fee for their services up to 6%, so on a $200,000 house, you’ll pay them upwards of $12,000 to just sell your house. This is where we are different because we are home buyers. We will be the one actually BUYING your home, not listing it for a commission.
